The Roger DeCoster product line was created by BMX Products to be an OEM brand.  It was offered through Schwinn's Sales Midwest Inc. in their BMX Catalog to Schwinn dealers as a kit in both a standard and long frame configuration.  Also offered individually as frame and fork.
